Shipping

  • Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders of $125 or more.

    Orders under $125 ship for a flat rate of $6.

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout.

    Choose from one of our three pickup locations:

    • 216 Gail Ridge Lane, Wendell, NC
    • 125 Red Wood Rd, Zebulon, NC

Returns & Exchanges

  • REFUNDS

    • Refunds are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
    • A $3 restocking fee applies to each refunded item.

    STORE CREDIT

    • Returns received within 15 days of purchase qualify for store credit.
    • Store credit never expires.

    ITEMS MUST BE:

    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free of smoke, perfume, and pet hair
    • Returned in resalable condition

    Please include your packing slip with your return.

  • Items discounted 30% or more are final sale.

    Items discounted less than 30% may be returned for store credit only.

  • Accessories and gift items are final sale, including:

    • Jewelry
    • Hair Accessories
    • Candles
    • Cups
    • Shoes
    • Other gift items

    Damaged items are always accepted for review.

  • Yes, we offer exchanges for items returned within 15 days of purchases. Customer can either ship back item to us or drop in one of our local bins and we can swap out for correct size. 

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

    If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total below $125, the original $6 shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.

    If you're local, you may return items to our Wendell or Zebulon return bins.

    Please write "RETURN" clearly on your bag.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed.

  • No! You can shop anytime on our website. However, we highly recommend downloading our free app for live sale notifications, restock alerts, and a faster shopping experience.

  • Our warehouse boutique is located in Wendell, North Carolina, and we also offer three convenient local pickup locations.

  • Yes! Gift cards are available online and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
